Hobby Verse specialises in:

  • Custom 1/6 scale action figure modifications

  • Repaints, tailoring, and figure upgrades

  • Commission-based custom work

All custom items are handcrafted and may have slight variations. These variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

2. Custom & Commission Orders

  • All custom and commission orders are made to order.

  • Once work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on workload and complexity.

  • Reference images are used as inspiration; exact replication is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment (or a non-refundable deposit, if agreed) is required before work begins.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Hobby Verse does not store payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the UK and internationally.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services.

  • Hobby Verse is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier issues.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

  • Hobby Verse is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs inspections.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom-made items:

  • Custom and commissioned products are non-refundable and non-returnable, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised goods.

  • Ready-made (non-custom) items, if offered, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or solution where appropriate

8. Intellectual Property

  • Hobby Verse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hot Toys, InArt, Marvel, DC, or any other brand.

  • All brand names and characters remain the property of their respective owners.

  • Custom work is for personal display purposes only.

9. Care & Handling

Custom figures may require gentle handling:

  • Avoid excessive posing or stress on joints

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat

  • Hobby Verse is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or modifications done after delivery

10. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The request violates intellectual property or legal guidelines

  • The request is unsafe or unreasonable

  • Payment is not completed
